This is an afternoon designed to nurture mind, body and soul and will include: Gentle Yoga that works the whole body in strength, stretch, stamina and balance (suitable for all); Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation and relaxation); Sound and Gong Bath with CrystalsPrompted Journaling, Breath Work and (weather permitting) Forest Bathing.

Includes fresh juices and iced water served throughout the morning, alongside fresh fruits, tasty vegan treats, herbal teas and vegan cake.
