What are Wellness Days and Half Days?

Wellness days and half days are a lovely combination of various holistic wellness therapies and include either a vegan lunch or vegan snacks provided by outside caterers and take home goody bag.  They differ with each session, but include a mix of the following:

Wellness days and half days are offered by Katham Yoga and Wellness on a regular basis throughout the year…check on this website and/or on the social media sites.
