This is an afternoon designed to nurture mind, body and soul and will include: Gentle Yoga that works the whole body in strength, stretch, stamina and balance (suitable for all); Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation and relaxation); Sound and Gong Bath with Crystals; Prompted Journaling, Breath Work and (weather permitting) Forest Bathing.
Includes fresh juices and iced water served throughout the morning, alongside fresh fruits, tasty vegan treats, herbal teas and vegan cake.
